Pier 66 vs. Pier 91: Which Seattle Cruise Terminal Is Yours?

Seattle has two cruise terminals. Here is how to tell them apart.

Two terminals, two locations

Pier 66 (Bell Street Cruise Terminal) is on the downtown waterfront, close to Pike Place Market and many hotels.

Pier 91 (Smith Cove Cruise Terminal) is north of downtown in Magnolia. It is larger and handles many Alaska sailings.

How do I know which one I use?

Your cruise line lists the terminal on your boarding documents. Check before you book your ride, because the two are about 10–15 minutes apart by car.

Which is easier to reach?

Pier 66 is close to downtown hotels, but waterfront traffic can be slow. Pier 91 is outside downtown, but its drop-off line can be long on busy days. A driver who knows both terminals saves you time at either one.
